Stephen has served on The Advanced Financial Group team since 2010 where he focuses on retirement planning, investments, and employer sponsored benefit plans. He has a background as a small business owner/operator for more than 10 years in Lufkin. This experience helps him to understand the financial planning and investment needs of the clients, business owners, and employees he serves. Stephen’s professional affiliations include the National Association of Insurance & Financial Advisors and the Pinewood’s Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors.
A lifelong Lufkin resident, Stephen graduated from Lufkin High School before going on to complete his bachelor’s degree in agriculture economics at Texas A&M University. He and his wife, Amy, are members of First Christian Church of Lufkin where he has served on numerous church boards. Stephen has been involved over the years with Lufkin Youth baseball, 4-H, FFA, as well as serving as the President of the LHS Lufkin Panther Baseball Booster Club. The Corley’s stay active with their three children, Claire, Clayton, and Cole as well as son-in-law, Jordan. Stephen enjoys hunting and fishing as well as spending time with family on the Corley Farm.
